To be able to log into your website for the first time we firstly add your details to the list of website users.
This action automatically sends out an email with a link to complete your website registration.
Below is the process you will need to follow:
You receive your login details
Click on the link within the content (in this example the link is coloured blue)
The link takes you to your website login page
The website generates a strong password for you, but should you wish you can replace the automated password with your own password.
IF YOU WISH TO USE THE AUTOGENERATED PASSWORD YOU MUST COPY THE GENERATED PASSWORD
Click the blue “Reset Password” button
Note: The software will only accept strong passwords
Now enter your username or the email address linked to your website.
Either paste the password from the previous window
enter the password you saved from the previous window
Check the box to the left of the text ‘I’m not a robot’
You will now be registered with your new password.
